Prices

All  our prices are listed in Euro's. All prices (including postage) already include V.A.T

Rule 1:   Stock Availability

• We check our stock daily and regularly update it to ensure it is correct. However, there maybe incidences when an item displayed "In Stock" maybe unavailable. In the event of this happening, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.

• The term "In Stock" means the item is available in our warehouse for dispatch within  1-4 working days, depending on whether  the order is placed on workdays, weekends and holidays.

• The term ''On Request'' means the order is placed only via telephone call or e-mail at our store. This is necessary because the availability and quantity of these products are volatile.

• "Out of Stock" means the item is unavailable from our supplier.

Rule 2: Delay of order

If the customer judges that the delay of shipping on behalf of the store (more than 4 working days) renders the transaction “unprofitable”, he can ask for the cancellation of the order and claim a full refund. For further information see section: shipping and returns.

Rule 3: Force Majeure

If due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, unavailability of the product on behalf of our supplier), we are unable to ship the products within the predefined 4 working days’ time limit from receiving your order, we will contact you ASAP, in order for you to let us know whether you wish to proceed with your order under these circumstances.

Rule 4:  Goods out of Stock

Very rarely does this happen but if the good(s) are out of stock and unavailable to order (i.e. sale items) you will be emailed ASAP with possible alternative(s) or the option to cancel the order. For further  information, please see section: shipping and returns.

Rule 5: Gift voucher

There are gift vouchers of €10,€25, €50, €75, €100, €150, €200, €250, €300, €350, €400, €450 and €500. You can even make make combinations to get the desired amount of money. Redeem the gift voucher either on e-shop or in our store. The voucher is valid for 1 year.

Rule 6:  Accuracy of Product Information

Product descriptions and photos have been used from our suppliers for you the end user and are provided for the end users viewing only. We are confident that the information is accurate to the product in hand and will help you understand the product in depth.

If you believe a product has an inaccurate description or photograph, please contact us so we can make necessary amendments.

Rule 7:  Changes to this privacy policy

Dromeas Bikes has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes and to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
