The XLC RP-X04 is the ideal strap for you to keep your luggage safe while transporting your cargo from one destination to another. The bike rack strap has two metal hooks, allowing you to hook one end to one side of the rack, pull it tightly up and over your valuable cargo or bag, and hook it down again on the other side of the rack.
